My new organic vegetable box

I recently signed up to the Biogusto home delivery organic baskets. I'm really excited to get the list of vegetables by mail, and to think about what I can do with them. Check out this lucious list:

• Corne de gâte potatoes (also known as ratte rose)
  
• Red beetroots (hurray, I have been looking all over for uncooked ones!)
  
• Round celeriac
• Onions
• Leeks
• Parsnips
• A flat yellow squash (known in French as a courge pâtisson jaune but English seems to lack words varieties of squash in comparison)
  
• Black / Spanish salsify
• Thyme

All of that inspires me to plan some soups, roasts and raw salads! I'll post up a photo of my first basket and share some of the recipes I finally choose once it arrives.
